I. Position Description

Mainly responsible for the entire process tracking, communication, document handling and risk control of orders, ensuring the smooth execution of the entire chain of building materials products (such as tiles, steel, bathroom fixtures, glass, decorative materials, etc.) from contract signing to delivery, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and in accordance with international standards.

II. Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for inquiries, price comparisons, bargaining, contacting samples, negotiating with suppliers, and discussing and implementing product details for building materials.
2. Monitor the production progress and quality of large goods, ensure stable supply from suppliers and timely delivery, and assist in arranging related matters such as container loading.

3. Verify the complete set of export documents (CI, PL, BL, CO, CE, Form E, quality inspection certificate, SGS/BV, etc.), ensure consistency with the L/C or other payment terms

III. You should be
1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors such as International Trade, Business English, Logistics Management, or Building Materials.
2. At least 1 year of experience in foreign trade order processing for building materials (tiles, stones, bathroom fixtures, etc.).
3. Familiar with the entire process of foreign trade (order receiving - production - logistics - customs clearance), proficient in L/C operations and document preparation. Understand knowledge of building materials (such as tile water absorption rate standards, steel material classification, tile classification, steel grade meanings, bathroom installation standards) and international certifications (CE, ISO).
4. CET-4 or above in English, able to handle English emails, contracts, and documents proficiently. Fluent in spoken English preferred.
5. Patient, highly responsible, able to handle pressure well, and possess multitasking ability.
