崗位職責(zé):Responsibilities
1、負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)、收集、統(tǒng)計(jì)客訴信息;
collect, follow and category customer complaint information
2、跟進(jìn)售后服務(wù)工程師工作進(jìn)度;
Follow the after sales engineer working process
3、安排售后服務(wù)工程師為客戶解決投訴,做好客戶電話回訪和處理工作;
Handle customer`s complaint, arrange after sales engineer to solve problem for customers,
4、負(fù)責(zé)統(tǒng)計(jì)售后服務(wù)工程師的出勤時(shí)間;
Account the engineer`s working attendance
5、跟進(jìn)售后備件索賠;
Follow the after sale mechanical parts claim
6、公司安排的其他任務(wù)。
