Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, organize, and optimize daily production operations (adhesive filling and packaging)
  • Manage production team (approx. 10 employees) and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Plan production schedules, raw material needs, and capacity utilization
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and shipping
  • Oversee purchasing of raw materials and consumables from local suppliers
  • Manage supply chain and maintain contact with German and European partners
  • Ensure compliance with Group quality and safety standards
  • Train, supervise, and motivate the local team
  • Report operational results to management in Germany
  • Support audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Production Management
  • 5+ years’ experience in adhesives, construction chemicals, or related industry
  • Proven leadership experience in small/midsize factory operations
  • Hands-on knowledge of filling, batching, or mixing technologies
  • Strong understanding of production KPIs and cost efficiency
  • Fluent Mandarin, good English communication skills
  • Proactive, structured, and reliable personality
  • Open-minded and motivated to work in a German–Chinese business culture
