Company : Shantou Bow Yue Dehong Motors Service Co.,Ltd 1、以服務客戶為根本,對工作盡職盡責; 2、熟練掌握汽車知識,評估維修要求,及時準確地對維修車輛進行報價,估算維修費用或征求有關上級建議和意見,并得到客戶確認后,開具維修工單,并耐心向客戶說明收費項目及依據(jù); 3、認真接待客戶車輛,清楚仔細檢查車輛外觀、內(nèi)室并認真登記,同時提醒客戶將車內(nèi)的重要物品保管好; 4、掌握車間的維修進度,確保完成客戶交修項目,按時將狀況完好的車輛交付客戶,對未能及時交付的車輛應提前與客戶溝通,講清楚原因。嚴格執(zhí)行交接車規(guī)范; 5、根據(jù)維修需要,在征求客戶同意的前提下調(diào)整維修項目; 6、協(xié)助用戶做好車輛的結(jié)算工作,熱情服務,提高客戶的滿意度; 7、不斷學習新的知識,新政策,努力提高自身業(yè)務水平,按時參加部門內(nèi)及外部的培訓,完成廠家資質(zhì)認證; 8、按公司要求參加完成相關培訓任務;完成上級領導或公司安排的其他工作。 About us : Sime Darby Berhad is a global trading and logistics player.
