Job Responsibilities/崗位職責
1. Establish and maintains the procedure of warehouse management and materials and drug products management to ensure the operation of materials receiving, storage and issuing compliance with GMP requirements.

2. Completes warehouse operational requirements and following up on work results.

3. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement;
實施新的設計布局，維護倉庫的現(xiàn)場狀態(tài)；檢查設備；下達維修和更換申請工單。
4. Support warehouse storage requirements and ensure efficient space utilization. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures;
合理布局倉庫庫位存放，確?？臻g高效利用率，積極通過各種管理工具進行流程優(yōu)化，已達到最佳庫存管理流程；
5. Participate in investigation and cooperate with other GMP department to deal with quality events about the materials.
參與和配合其他GMP部門調(diào)查和處理物料相關的質(zhì)量事件。
6. Responsibility of management of warehouse site, such as identifications, temperature and humidity date record, equipment usage record, etc.
負責倉庫現(xiàn)場的管理，比如標識管理，溫濕度數(shù)據(jù)，設備使用記錄等。
7. Ensure the consistency of account, cart and material in warehouse.
確保倉庫物料帳卡物一致。
8. Responsibility of expiry date management and reject materials management.
負責有效期和不合格品物料的管理。
9. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with EH&S regulations.
嚴格執(zhí)行安全管理制度，建立、遵守執(zhí)行標準，維護安全健康的倉儲環(huán)境。
10. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data SAP system.
維護、熟悉SAP操作系統(tǒng)，確保及時、完整、正確的提供庫存動態(tài)信息，定期盤點，降低庫存積壓，提高庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率。
11. Other work arranged by superior leaders.
