Job Responsibilities
1.Represent Supply Chain department as project PoC, to take fully responsible for material readiness in all scales of the project, and also should coordinate internal and external departments to deal with material supply related issues.

2.Make a reasonable materials purchasing plan based on the material demands（BOM） from MFG or MSAT department for different project, and keep tracking in material receiving and final releasing until materials are all ready for manufacturing.
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)/研發(fā)部門的提交的物料需求（一般為BOM），制定合理的物料采購計劃，并負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)各項目中的物料到貨及放行，以確保項目的按時開批；
3.PoC will do the BOM analysis after production, and provide materials settlement to Finance department.
生產(chǎn)結(jié)束后，PoC需完成BOM差異分析，并協(xié)助財務(wù)完成物料結(jié)算；
4.As Project PoC, may directly communicate with client and coordinate with internal group to solve all material supply related issue, so as to fulfill client’s requirements. Excellent English is necessary for overseas clients.
作為項目PoC，可能會與客戶直接溝通，并與內(nèi)部進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)調(diào)來滿足客戶提出的需求. 對于海外客戶需要有優(yōu)秀的英語能力；
5.According to monthly consumption to stock up for all general supply materials for internal departments, and set up safety stock level. To replenish stock on timely basis in case of any shortage.
負(fù)責(zé)部門常備物料的備庫，并根據(jù)月度消耗來管理安全庫存；及時了解庫存情況并提出補(bǔ)貨計劃，避免存貨短缺等現(xiàn)象；
6.Periodically and closely communicate with procurement about timely material ordering and receiving status.
與采購部門保持定期且緊密的溝通，保證所有物料的及時下單及到貨；
7.Understand and evaluate the non-Project materials requirements from internal departments, and fulfill the requirement if reasonable.
評估各部門提出的非項目物料需求，并按要求滿足需求；
8.Excellent communication and teamwork skill.
優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力；
9.Other works that arranged by superior leaders.
上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above in supply chain management, logistics, or related discipline.
大專及以上學(xué)歷，供應(yīng)鏈管理，物流相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2.Minimum working experience in Material Planning，Production Planning，stock management of 2 years. Working experience in pharma / biotech is preferred.
兩年以上物料計劃、生產(chǎn)計劃、庫存管理等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。有生物制藥行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
3.Excellent English in both Spoken and Written.
優(yōu)秀的英文口語及書面應(yīng)用能力；
4.Familiar with SAP system, and MS office（Especially MS Excel）.
熟練運(yùn)用SAP及Office辦公軟件，特別是Excel；
5.Ability to communicate and collaborate across functional groups in completing necessary job requirements.
具有跨組織的溝通協(xié)作能力，高效及時的完成工作；
6.Can work actively, and have good teamwork ability. Have strong adaptability that can embrace the change and response quickly.
