1. Provide HR support for organizational development and adjust organizational structure according to business development.
為組織發(fā)展提供人力資源支持,根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展調(diào)整組織架構(gòu);
2. Coordinate the allocation and implementation of recruitment tasks according to the recruitment plan, be responsible for the recruitment of key and key positions and improve the recruitment timeliness of other positions.
根據(jù)招聘計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌招聘任務(wù)的分配及實(shí)施,負(fù)責(zé)關(guān)鍵及重點(diǎn)崗位的招聘和提升其他崗位的招聘及時(shí)性;
3. Analyze, select, and maintain various recruitment channels, and establish close cooperative relationships with external suppliers to meet the company's talent needs.
分析、選擇、維護(hù)各類招聘渠道,并與外部供應(yīng)商形成緊密的合作關(guān)系,滿足公司的人才需求;
4. Other work assigned by superior.
上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
Qualification 任職資格
1. Bachelor degree or above, human resources management, business management, business management and other related majors.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、工商管理、法學(xué)或其他相關(guān)專業(yè);
2. 5+ years of experience in HR recruitment, including at least 3 years in headhunting.
5年及以上人力資源招聘模塊相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn), 其中3年以上獵頭經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. Proficient with recruitment channels and interview procedures, with sound judgment in talent evaluation.
精通招聘渠道和面試程序,對人才評估有良好的判斷力;
4. Understand the work and system process of each HR module
了解人力資源各模塊的工作及體系流程;
5. Self-driven, serious and responsible, strong principle and pressure resistance, adapt to the fast pace of work.
具備自我驅(qū)動(dòng)意識,認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),較強(qiáng)的原則性和抗壓性,適應(yīng)快速的工作節(jié)奏;
6. Skilled in using office software.
熟練使用辦公軟件;
7. Fluent spoken English for communication with foreign colleagues is a plus.
備與外籍人員口語交流能力的優(yōu)先。
