1,客戶訂單管理及跟蹤。
Customers'order management and follow up
2,與客戶保持良好關(guān)系,跟蹤解決配送過(guò)程中發(fā)生的問(wèn)題,提升客戶滿意度
Maintainingand developing customer relationship. Handle all the problems during thisprocess. Improving customer's satisfaction.
3,訂單相關(guān)文件處理及定期匯總報(bào)告
Preparerelated documents, make regularly analysis report.
4,核算發(fā)貨成本,篩選物流, 確??蛻裟芗皶r(shí)收貨
Deliverycost calculation, select the best logistics company. Make sure the customer canget goods on time.
5,區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售和倉(cāng)庫(kù)庫(kù)存跟蹤分析,及時(shí)安排貨物調(diào)撥申請(qǐng)
Stockanalysis regularly and move stock between cities.
6,與客戶對(duì)賬,開(kāi)具發(fā)票
Billingand invoicing customers
7,工作時(shí)間 13:00-20:00
要求:Requirement:
1,大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷
Bachelordegree or above, major in customer service , logistics, trading
2,有客服或業(yè)務(wù)跟單經(jīng)驗(yàn)。如有在酒店前臺(tái)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者或是生鮮銷(xiāo)售助理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
1 yearor above relevant working experience especial work as customer service or orderfollow up.
3,有耐心,脾氣好,能應(yīng)對(duì)不同客戶的要求。
Patience, good temper is necessary, can deal with different requirement from customer
4,英文聽(tīng)力及書(shū)面可交流??谡Z(yǔ)不作特別要求。
Englishreading and listening is required.
5,熟悉辦公軟件
Good atMS software, especial excel.
