指導(dǎo)外協(xié)廠商對模具的維修，并驗證維修質(zhì)量；
On the basis of the production order to fulfill the tooling loading and unloading including adjust tooling movement, ensure control signal. If find there is something wrong with the normal movement reporting in time.
根據(jù)派工單完成上下模，調(diào)試模具動作，確認控制信號。模具動作有異常，及時匯報維修人員；
Achieve test mold and trial production according the production order, and undertake loading and unloading tooling in the process of production;
根據(jù)派工單完成試模試生產(chǎn)及正常生產(chǎn)模具的上下模。

In charge of the tooling repair area 5S and working content associate.
上下模具區(qū)域的5S,并進行上下班交接。
Undertake any other task assigned by the superior.
完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的其他工作任務(wù)。
任職要求：
Technical secondary school or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or mold specialty
中專以上學歷，機械制造或模具專業(yè)；
3 years working experience in injection molding industry (Auto parts industry).
3年以上注塑、模具行業(yè)（汽車零部件行業(yè)）工作經(jīng)驗；
Possess the qualification for operate the overhead travelling crane;
具備天車操作資格；
Know automotive supply chain quality management methods and ISO/TS 16949 system standard
了解汽車供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管理方法、ISO/TS 16949體系標準;
