Support sales team for other business assignments. 在相關業(yè)務上對銷售團隊提供協(xié)助。 Other individual assignments 其他工作任務: Other project management tasks assigned by leaders. 領導指派的其他項目管理工作。 Education 教育背景 Bachelor’s degree, majoring in engineering (mechatronics, machinery, automation, electrics, and food industry is preferred). 大學本科及以上學歷，學士學位，機電、機械、自動化、電子電氣、食品工程等專業(yè)。 Familiar with mechanical/electrical/control knowledge. 具有機械、電氣、工業(yè)控制等方面知識。 Good at project management knowledge, familiar with project management tools. Project management certification (PMP, Prince 2 or Agile) is an advantage. 掌握項目管理知識，熟悉項目管理工具。具有項目管理相關認證（PMP, Prince 2等）優(yōu)先。 Professional experience 專業(yè)經(jīng)驗 Minimum 3 years’ experience of project management. 至少3年項目管理經(jīng)驗。 Good professional ethics, integrity, responsibility; good communication skills, cooperative mindset, can work under pressure. 良好的職業(yè)道德，為人誠懇，責任心強；具備良好的溝通能力，具有合作精神，能承擔較大的工作壓力。 Good decision-making ability, ability to solve problems, manage conflicts and solve team-work related issues. 具備決策能力，和解決問題的能力，管理項目中的沖突，促進團隊合作。 Familiar with MS software, good at self-learning. 熟練使用電腦軟件，具備自學能力。
