1. Junior college degree or above in Mechanical or Fluid Machinery major.

2. More than 5 years working experience in pump industry.
5 年以上水泵行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Knowledge about problem analyzing.

4. Familiar with the performance, structure and material of pumps.
了解和掌握產(chǎn)品的性能、結(jié)構(gòu)、應(yīng)用范圍。
5. Computer operation and English communication.
熟悉電腦操作并具英語(yǔ)溝通能力。
6. Follow the 5S/EHS management.
遵守5S/EHS管理。
崗位職責(zé):
1. Assist the warranty claim manager and gradually improve the reporting system for warranty claim.
協(xié)助質(zhì)量投訴經(jīng)理,逐步完善質(zhì)量投訴報(bào)告系統(tǒng)。
2. Clarify and analyse the root cause of the claim (internal coordination and external communication.
厘清及分析質(zhì)量投訴原因 (內(nèi)部協(xié)調(diào)及外部溝通)。
3. Clarify the warranty claim with customer at jobsite or in own repair workshop.
于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)或維修車(chē)間與用戶厘清投訴責(zé)任問(wèn)題。
4. Participate in monthly warranty meeting with related depts. for quality improvement.
參與與相關(guān)部門(mén)的質(zhì)量投訴會(huì)議以提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
質(zhì)量投訴的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。
6. Preparation of statistical reports for warranty claim.
質(zhì)量投訴統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表的編制。
7. Finish other temporary jobs arranged by superiors.
完成上級(jí)安排的其他臨時(shí)性工作。
