2. Lead new equipment mechanical installation in Havana project

- Follow up and check the MEPI’s work Progress and quality, support the new
equipment commissioning
- 跟蹤和檢查機電安裝總包的工作進度和質(zhì)量，支持新設(shè)備的調(diào)試
- Build up the know-how of new equipments for training and daily work
- 建立新設(shè)備的知識體系用于培訓和日常工作
- Work out preventive maintenance plan for the new equipments
- 制定新設(shè)備的預防性維護計劃
- Prepare training document of the new equipments
- 準備新設(shè)備的培訓文件
- Responsible for regular EHS equipment checking and maintenance
- 負責設(shè)備常規(guī)的安全檢查和維護
- Participate the future technical revamp
- 參與將來的技術(shù)改造
3. Lead mechanical TPM in production
帶領(lǐng)生產(chǎn)的機械全員生產(chǎn)維護
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, analyse failures and make
suggestions to prevent reoccurrence
- 處理和修理設(shè)備故障，分析故障，提出改進建議防止故障的重復發(fā)生
- Maintain and continually improve performance of the above in conjunction with
process control and production departments
- 和工藝，生產(chǎn)保持配合，持續(xù)改進設(shè)備效率
- Implement the TPM work and preventive maintenance work
- 執(zhí)行定期維護計劃工作
4. MRO spare parts management
備品備件的管理和工具庫的管理
- Build the mechanical spare parts master data
- 建立機械備件的主數(shù)據(jù)
- Responsible for the MRO stock availability
- 負責備件的庫存可用

職位要求
1. College degree in mechanical Engineering related
大專以上學歷，機械工程相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. More than 10 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance.
10 年以上機械維護和預防性維護工作經(jīng)驗
3. At least have 5 years’ maintenance experience in chemical or hydrometallurgical plant
至少5 年以上化工或者冶金行業(yè)維護經(jīng)驗
4. Rich experiences in different device for reactor, filter press, vacuum dryer, pump and valve
