儀器儀表制造
Job Responsibility 崗位職責(zé)：
1)Communicate with internal or external customers and clarify the technical requirements of the product and other commercial requirements on the quotation.
2)Follow up with the quotation process. Work with internal teams (e.g. customer order engineering, product lines, manufacturing engineers, materials, and other inter-company units), to get the lead time and price information. Response quotation within the targeted lead times.
3) Track the status of the quoted quotation. Keep close contact and give support to internal customers to increase the IQI hit rate.
4) Transfer information to Order Engineer once knows that quotation is going to turn to order. Give technical support and project background to Order Engineer and other internal units to make sure the products and service meet the quoted condition.
5) Work with the team and take necessary actions to improve customer satisfactory and meet the business targets.
6) Provide internal costing / pricing support to IQI teams and/or other related functions.
7) Prepare business reports for department management needs.
8) Other business relative tasks or projects, at the manager’s request.
Job Requirement 崗位要求：
1） Above College degree. Major in technical (e.g. Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical Industry, etc.) - 機(jī)械、儀表、化工等工科類專業(yè)（必須）
2）At least 3 years relative working experience in a foreign investment company. Experiences of EHC (Energy Hydrocarbon) or Pulp Paper industry would be a plus.
3） Good command of English (Both written and Oral capability)
4） Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of ERP system is a plus.
5） Customer Service Thought. Customer Centricity.
6） Open-minded. Team player with good communication skill.
