工作職責(zé)
? Prepare and analyze monthly/annual financial statements in financial reporting system.
? Track planning assumptions vs. actuals, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
? Ensure the correct support to the business considering performance, risk control and business objectives are achieved throughout the organization
? Lead customer credit management and collaborate with Sales to resolve overdue payments
? Continuous alignment, optimization, training & improvement of finance process
? Establishment of policies and compliance, following internal process deviations
任職要求
? Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA a plus.
? 8+ years in Controlling/FP&A/General Accounting.
? Strong analytical skills along with business fluent in written and spoken English.
? Experience in Hyperion Financial Reporting Management system and excellent PowerPoint & Excel and Power BI skills. Specify the skills.
? Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders (business leaders, operations, HR, GFO) and external stakeholders & partners.
? Have good teamwork spirit. Able to drive changes with sense of urgency and bias for action.
