Main responsibility:
- Warehouse setup for trading and manufacturing
o Ordering of shelves, boxes, tables
o Labeling of shelves, boxes and work areas
o General organization in the warehouse for finished goods and parts warehouse
o Ensure the safe and effective operation of facilities and equipment in the warehouse, as well as the storage environment in line with the regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- Warehouse work
o Incoming goods unpacking, counting, reconciliation of order/invoice/delivery note, check and handling finished medical devic
o Booking material in/out, maintaining and checking stock levels
o Create and maintain location cards
o Provide material, both finished goods and production orders
o Monitor temperature and humidity and fill in and maintain record lists
o Define minimum stock levels for different parts/units
o store finished good in proper area and conduct regular check in accordance with SOP
o shipment and delivery organization, prepare relevant document according to SOP
- Purchase orders
o For trading:
Order finished goods from qualified suppliers / Actively check open orders /
Carry out documentation according to SOP
o for manufacturing: Ordering individual parts for production / Order equipment, tools, etc. / Actively check open orders / Carry out documentation according to SOP
- Further tasks
o Supporting the creation of documents in the production process
o Edit trading QMS, update to current status and working methods (together with QA)
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven logistics and warehouse management experience
- Basic English level in verbal and written communication
- College Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP system etc.
- Professional and structured, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Team player, organized, efficient with strong time management skills
