You plan internal and external capacities, involve in appointing the team members taking account of the individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.

You assure the systematic relationship with internal and external clients and special departments to be involved.

You make the project controlling in the form of reviews （final
and intermediate reports） with the clients on the basis of agreed quality, costs and deadline targets.

You make-or-buy decisions in the context of the project （operating
equipment, investments etc.） in cooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with the superior.

You understand needs and market trends based on close customer communication and define a strategy how to bring this customer demand into HELLA products.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Major in science and engineering.
理工科相關專業(yè)。
3 years working experience, especially in manufactural projects.
3年以上工作經驗，特別是制造類項目。
Management experience of multiple projects and know how to co-work with multinational teams.
具有多項目管理經驗，擅長處理多國家團隊合作項目。
Good at written and verbal English，good logic thinking.
良好的中英文書面和口頭溝通能力。
