BRIEF JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for ensuring all customer payments are matched correctly upon receipt, resolving customer financial queries, developing intercompany financial documentation as required and reflecting these transactions on the General Ledger for countries serviced by GFS Dalian. In addition, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will play a keyrole in establishing AR policy and process for GFS Dalian.

? Clear and effective written and verbal English language proficiency.
? Ability to learn relevant company policies and apply knowledge of these to variance analysis and issue resolution.

? Ability to manage relationships and effectively liaise with internal GFS teams in order to pool knowledge and jointly resolve problems.
? Demonstrated initiative in resolving ad-hoc queries and issues.
? Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex problem, guide and coach others in the resolution of problems.
? Knowledge of end to end Finance function processes.
? Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing needs
? Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
? Experience in a multinational environment desirable

? Proficiency with SAP and SAP BI with the ability to learn additional internal tools/platforms

Qualification:
？ Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
？ 3-5 years of related accounting experience required, international finance preferred
？ Excellent English communication skills.
