Job Responsibilities:
1. Respond quickly to electrical faults in equipment both within the company and at customer sites, conduct efficient diagnosis and repair, and ensure minimal downtime.
快速響應(yīng)公司內(nèi)部及客戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的電氣故障,進(jìn)行高效診斷與修復(fù),確保最小化停機(jī)時(shí)間。
2. Design and implement maintenance plans, lead or guide the team to complete maintenance tasks, ensure the equipment resumes operation, and optimize maintenance processes.
設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施維修方案,主導(dǎo)或指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成維修任務(wù),保障設(shè)備恢復(fù)運(yùn)行,并優(yōu)化維修流程。
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of frequent faults, formulate long-term preventive measures, and promote the improvement of equipment reliability.
針對(duì)頻發(fā)故障開(kāi)展深度分析,制定長(zhǎng)效預(yù)防措施,推動(dòng)設(shè)備可靠性提升。
4. Be responsible for guiding the installation, commissioning and performance optimization of electrical systems for new equipment at customer sites to ensure the smooth commissioning of the equipment.
負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)新設(shè)備的電氣系統(tǒng)安裝指導(dǎo)、調(diào)試及性能優(yōu)化,確保設(shè)備順利投產(chǎn)。
5. Solve various technical problems at customer sites, provide timely and professional after-sales services, and improve customer satisfaction.
解決客戶(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各類(lèi)技術(shù)問(wèn)題,提供及時(shí)、專(zhuān)業(yè)的售后服務(wù),提升客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。
6. Conduct training on equipment operation, maintenance and fault handling for customers or internal maintenance personnel to enhance the technical capabilities of the team.
面向客戶(hù)或內(nèi)部維護(hù)人員,開(kāi)展設(shè)備操作、維護(hù)及故障處理培訓(xùn),提升團(tuán)隊(duì)技術(shù)能力。
7.Participate in the R&D of new equipment or the upgrading of existing equipment, provide electrical system design, selection and technical support, and ensure the feasibility of the plan.
參與新設(shè)備研發(fā)或現(xiàn)有設(shè)備升級(jí),提供電氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、選型及技術(shù)支持,確保方案可行性。
8. Participate in the electrical design review of new equipment development projects, evaluate the technical advancement and implementation risks, and put forward optimization suggestions.
參與新設(shè)備開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的電氣設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審,評(píng)估技術(shù)先進(jìn)性與實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出優(yōu)化建議。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related majors.
本科學(xué)歷,電氣工程、自動(dòng)化、機(jī)電一體化等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。
2. At least 5 years of experience in electrical design, commissioning or maintenance of automated equipment.
5年及以上自動(dòng)化設(shè)備電氣設(shè)計(jì)、調(diào)試或維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Proficient in industrial control software such as Siemens TIA Portal , WinCC and STEP 7, with programming, configuration and commissioning capabilities.
精通西門(mén)子TIA Portal(博途)、WinCC、STEP 7等工控軟件,具備編程、組態(tài)及調(diào)試能力。
4. Excellent electrical fault analysis ability, able to independently locate and solve complex technical problems.
具備出色的電氣故障分析能力,能獨(dú)立定位并解決復(fù)雜技術(shù)問(wèn)題。
5. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), which can be used as a working language for technical communication with overseas teams.
英語(yǔ)流利(書(shū)面與口語(yǔ)),可作為工作語(yǔ)言與海外團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行技術(shù)溝通。
6. Strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit and customer service awareness.

7.Strong learning ability, able to continuously track and learn new equipment technologies.
