【主要職責(zé)】：

Identify and manage non-conformities, make sure the items will not be used in production. Analyze day by day the quality status of each lines and issue monthly quality report to the Plant Manager, and follow up the corrective actions.
3. 和其他團隊一起合作分析和管理客戶投訴，提交8D報告或者整改報告
Cooperate with other teams in analyzing and managing customers’ complaints, submit 8D report or corrective report.
4. 定義和制定所有工序的控制計劃（包括參數(shù)、檢驗方法、頻次）、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和檢驗指導(dǎo)書。并持續(xù)的監(jiān)督各工序質(zhì)量相關(guān)文件適用情況，包括記錄情況
Define and formulate the control plan (with parameters, inspection method, frequency), SOP, SIP for all productions. Monitor constantly the respect of quality procedures in all production departments, including the records.
5. 量檢具的登記管理和有效期管理
Update the register of the instruments in use and attend to the periodical calibration of all instruments.
6.管理和保留與質(zhì)量管理體系相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)和文件，包括但不限于質(zhì)量記錄
Manage and keep all data and all documentation regarding the quality management system, includes but not limit to the quality records.
7. 負責(zé)質(zhì)量管理體系，并與其他部門一同協(xié)作以保證符合質(zhì)量管理體系
In charge of the QMS ， and work with other departments to make sure all were follow the QMS;
8.將來料不良品信息反饋給SQE，并跟進供應(yīng)商整改措施
Feedback the non-conformities materials to SQE and follow up the corrective actions of suppliers.
9.掌握所有測量儀器的使用，檢具現(xiàn)場校驗和檢測方法。每天監(jiān)督檢查量檢具校驗工作，以及專用工具的校驗，如裝配扭力扳手等
Familiar with all inspection instruments, gauges and their calibration methods. Monitor the calibration job on every day, and also some special tools, such as the torque wrench.
10. 部門人員管理，排班、人員培訓(xùn)
Responsible for department staff management, including shift arrangement, attendance, training, etc.
【崗位要求】
1. 5年及以上質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗， 3年及以上質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗;
5+ years in quality and related field ，3+ years in quality management。
2.會基本口語交流及英語書面書寫能力
Capable of basic oral communication and written English writing skills
