【崗位職責(zé)】：
1. 根據(jù)適齡擬出國留學(xué)學(xué)生的需求和特點，為其匹配合適的名校Mentor對學(xué)生進行一對一指導(dǎo)，確保指導(dǎo)的針對性和有效性。
2. 負責(zé)管理數(shù)名中小學(xué)生的指導(dǎo)過程，跟進學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)進度和反饋。
3. 與學(xué)生和家長保持密切溝通，了解他們的需求和困擾，提供情緒支持和建議。
4. 增進學(xué)生、家長和Mentor之間的互動和了解，成為青春期學(xué)生與家長間的橋梁。
5. 協(xié)助解決學(xué)生、家長和Mentor之間的溝通問題，促進雙方的合作和相互理解。
【我們期待您】：
1. 具備扎實的英文功底，良好的中英文溝通能力。
2. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，英美國名校本科（美國 TOP20）優(yōu)先。
3. 具備親和力，善于與青春期的孩子溝通，能夠給予他們情緒上的支持和引導(dǎo)。
4. 具備較強的溝通能力和客戶服務(wù)意識，能夠為高端客戶提供專業(yè)的服務(wù)；
5. 具備較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和溝通能力，能夠妥善處理各方之間的關(guān)系和問題。
6. 具備良好的團隊合作精神，能夠與其他團隊成員共同協(xié)作，達成團隊目標。

Job Responsibilities:
Match students planning to study abroad with suitable prestigious school Mentors for one-on-one guidance, ensuring targeted and effective advising.
Manage the guidance process for several elementary and middle school students, monitoring their learning progress and feedback.
Maintain close communication with students and parents, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing emotional support and advice.
Enhance interaction and understanding between students, parents, and Mentors, acting as a bridge between adolescents and their parents.
Assist in resolving communication issues among students, parents, and Mentors, fostering cooperation and mutual understanding.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has a solid command of English, with good bilingual communication skills.
Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher.
Is affable, adept at communicating with adolescents, and can provide emotional support and guidance.
Possesses strong communication and customer service skills, capable of serving high-end clients professionally.
Has excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of managing relationships and issues among different parties effectively.
Demonstrates a strong team spirit, able to collaborate with team members to achieve team goals.
Is passionate about education and willing to contribute to students' growth.
Preferably has K12 education experience or U.S. undergraduate study consultancy experience.
