Support of technical clarification during the parts development, supplier nomination, soft tooling check, concept of small series tooling and fixture.
負(fù)責(zé)車體/內(nèi)外飾樣件與供應(yīng)商協(xié)同發(fā)開及定點的技術(shù)支持工作，審核軟模、小批量快速樣模方案及檢具方案。
Responsible for technical clarification during the PV&DV, find the proper solution for problems.
負(fù)責(zé)車體/內(nèi)外飾相關(guān)系統(tǒng)試制驗證技術(shù)支持，針對存在問題制定合理解決措施。
人員要求：
Education/ 教育經(jīng)歷 ：
? Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent qualifications;
本科學(xué)歷，車輛工程、機(jī)械工程、材料工程相關(guān)專業(yè)或同等學(xué)歷；
Professional Experience/工作經(jīng)驗：
1. At least 3 years of EOM or tier1 supplier as BIW/interior & exterior development engineer. Familiar with development process of whole vehicle, experience of at least 2 whole car projects’ development.
3 年及以上在汽車主機(jī)廠或一級供應(yīng)商處作為車體/內(nèi)外飾零件開發(fā)工程師的經(jīng)驗。熟悉整車開發(fā)流程，具有2 個以上車型項目開發(fā)經(jīng)驗。
2. Familiar with the regulatory requirements and standards of BIW/interior & exterior parts.
熟悉白車身/內(nèi)外飾系統(tǒng)相關(guān)零部件的技術(shù)法規(guī)要求，了解產(chǎn)品相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3. Familiar with the body sheet metal stamping, welding process flow, able to stamping and welding parts fixture, inspection fixtures for evaluation and acceptance; familiar with the interior and exterior injection molding process flow able to molds, fixtures, inspection
fixtures for evaluation and acceptance.
熟悉車身鈑金沖壓、焊接工藝流程，能夠?qū)_焊件夾具、檢具進(jìn)行評審和驗收；熟悉內(nèi)外飾注塑工藝流程能夠模具、夾具、檢具進(jìn)行評審和驗收。
4. Familiar with CATIA, solid 3D data drafting skills, parametric modeling experience is preferred.
熟練使用CATIA，具備扎實的3D 制圖能力，有參數(shù)化建模經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
Skills 工作技能:
Understand the complete development process of passenger vehicles; familiar with the process of exterior parts development. Be able to analyses, compare and modify the data of parts.
了解乘用車輛，特別是小型客車的完整開發(fā)流程；熟悉外飾零部件的開發(fā)過程。擁有零部件數(shù)據(jù)的分析、對比、調(diào)整的能力。
Familiar with the process and technology of soft tooling production. Be able to work together with designer, supplier to solve all relevant problems, such as mold analysis,optimization of soft tooling parts…
熟悉軟鋼模的生產(chǎn)流程、工藝。有能力與設(shè)計師，供應(yīng)商一起協(xié)作解決軟鋼模具生產(chǎn)，軟模零件生產(chǎn)過程中的各種問題：包括模具的分析，軟模件質(zhì)量的優(yōu)化等。
Be able to solve all problems during the assembly of prototype vehicles, e.g. alternative solution, collision…
能夠快速解決零件裝車過程中遇到的各位問題，例如替代方案，干涉等
Good communication skills, teamwork sprit and sense of responsibility
有良好的溝通能力，強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊合作意識，有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心；
IT skills: MS Office, CATIA, JT2GO. Connect / KVS is preferred
IT 技能：MS Office，CATIA，JT2GO。熟悉Connect / KVS 者優(yōu)先。
