Your Role – A Bridge Between Legal Excellence & Business Impact:
This is a unique hybrid role designed for a legal expert who aspires to go beyond traditional practice. You will be the critical link connecting our legal expertise with superior client service, acting simultaneously as:
A Business Developer cultivating relationships with top-tier law firms.
A Legal Expert handling in-house legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
A Core Claims Handler leading complex, cross-border financial lines insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end management of sophisticated financial lines claims (D&O, IMI, etc.) with a cross-border element.
-Develop high-quality legal reports, policy analysis, and deliver training to the business.
-Provide strategic legal advice to achieve significant loss saving or recovery.
-Oversee legal and compliance matters for our entities in Greater China and the US.
-Manage and expand our panel law firm network to uncover new business opportunities.
-Lead end-to-end management of sophisticated financial lines claims (D&O, IMI, etc.) with a cross-border element.
-Develop high-quality legal reports, policy analysis, and deliver training to the business.

Who We Are Looking For:
-LLB or above from a renowned law school; overseas LLM/JD is a significant plus.
-Qualified lawyer in Mainland China and/or a common law jurisdiction (e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore, US - NY/CA)

-2+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or leading insurance broker/insurer, focusing on financial lines insurance, corporate/ M&A, or insurance-related practice.
-Fluent English is mandatory for professional communication, negotiation, and drafting.
-Strong commercial acumen and exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.
