一、崗位描述:
1、Universal Beijing is seeking a contractor, Revenue Management to support fulfill hotel pricing strategy and ongoing revenue driving initiatives. This role will require close collaboration with key, cross-functional stakeholders like Operations & Finance, along with internal Marketing & Sales to ensure the fluidity and transparency of such workstreams. It will also entail synergizing efforts from both the local and global teams to ensure alignment and cohesion.

1、Pricing
oSupport any ongoing work around the hotel pricing strategy and the formulation of optimal inventory and pricing to ensure attainment of revenue, occupancy, and ADR targets.
oConduct market research to better engage and understand the implications of pricing on guests’ purchasing and visitation behavior.
oCollaborate with business team in the development of a compensation strategy that is competitive within the industry whilst sufficiently incentivizes partners to remain engaged in promoting our products.
oFormulate pricing proposals for new product offerings utilizing data-driven insight and supporting market research & benchmarking.
oConduct pre-/post- analyses and AB testing as necessary post-opening to continuously refine and improve internal assessment of pricing elasticities by appropriate segmentation.

2、Revenue Management
oDefine and align with key stakeholders on internal measurements as it relates to sales contributions and attendance/visitation, occupancy, revenue KPI’s.
oManage to the performance and metrics aligned with key stakeholders. Proactively engage and address areas of need and forecasted gap periods.
oDevelop reporting capabilities that address the business needs and requirements – such reports may consist of inputs to financial reporting, short-term and long-term attendance and/or occupancy forecasts, actual sales and usage reporting.
oSupport efforts on marketing analytics front to conduct post-mortem and quantify the ROI of specific marketing and promotional campaigns.

三、任職資格:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Management Science, Operation Research, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
2、Experience in quantitative and analytical skills with substantial hands-on experience in conducting sophisticated business analysis, e.g. clustering, multivariate regression, conjoint analyses
3、Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
4、Proven capability to learn new tools for continuous improvement
5、Ability to work with people at different levels and functions in the organization
6、Strong partnership, interpersonal, presentation, and communications Skills
7、Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with knowledge of statistical software/packages (e.g. SAS, R, Julia, or Python) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
8、Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
