職位描述：
1、根據(jù)客戶需求，負責組織和安排貨物的運輸，確保物流運作高效順暢；
2、辦理及跟進貨物進出口報關、報檢等手續(xù)，確保貨物順利通過海關檢查；
3、協(xié)調(diào)運輸服務提供商，處理運輸中的問題及異常情況，確保運輸服務質(zhì)量和可靠性；
4、建立并維護與客戶、運輸公司和其他合作伙伴的良好合作關系；
5、優(yōu)化物流成本，制定預算并監(jiān)控執(zhí)行，尋求降低成本和提高效率的方法。
任職要求：
1、大專及以上學歷，物流管理、國際貿(mào)易等相關專業(yè)；
2、3年及以上物流運作及管理經(jīng)驗，熟悉國內(nèi)物流網(wǎng)絡，以及俄羅斯、中亞地區(qū)的跨境陸運物流資源；
3、良好的溝通能力及技巧，及解決問題能力和成本控制意識；
4、能以英語作為工作語言，能夠進行跨國物流合作和溝通；
5、具有較強的責任心，誠實可靠，能承擔一定的工作壓力。
Job Description:
1. Responsible for organizing and arranging the transportation of goods according to customer needs, ensuring efficient and smooth logistics operations; 2. Handle and follow up on customs declaration, inspection and other procedures for the import and export of goods, ensuring that the goods pass through customs inspection smoothly;
3. Coordinate transportation service providers to handle issues and abnormal situations during transportation, ensuring the quality and reliability of transportation services;
4. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers, transportation companies, and other partners;
5. Optimize logistics costs, develop budgets and monitor execution, seek ways to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in logistics management, international trade or related fields;
2. 3 years or more of logistics operation and management experience, familiar with domestic logistics networks, as well as cross-border land transportation logistics resources in Russia and Central Asia;
3. Good communication skills and abilities, as well as problem-solving skills and cost control awareness;
4. Able to use English as a working language and engage in cross-border logistics cooperation and communication;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, honest and reliable, able to handle certain work pressure.
