Min. Years of Experience: 10-15 years related Capex/ Engineering sourcing within pharmaceutical/ biotechnology/ chemical manufacturing will be preferred
Required Language Proficiency: Good Command of English
Professional Knowledge: Indirect Category Sourcing Expertise

? Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, specially for multiple priorities.
? Acumen business sense and industry searching / analysis skills
? Proven experience managing large/ complex procurement projects with budgets ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of USD
? Excellent sourcing skills with solid financial analysis and TCO modeling
? Professional experiences in category service searching and knowledge in GMP/ GLP / CMC / Biology will be a plus
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all functions and levels of the organization
? Experience working in a large multi-national company with ERP/ P2P/ Catalog sourcing / Shared service model will be a plus

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop sourcing strategies for the Capex/ Engineering categories
? Lead end-to-end complex sourcing process including supplier qualification/ selection/ RFP/RFQ/Bidding/ Contract and SRM to secure the best CTO
? Establish and maintain a qualified and high-performance supplier pool for subcategories
? Collaborate with the Purchasing Team/ Business Stakeholders to deploy souring requisition to meet business requirement / aligned timeline and achieve annualized spending optimization target
? Comply with Procurement /GMP and Industry Policies to complete supplier selection through DD/ on-site accreditation and risk assessment which should be embedded into service agreements.
? Guide and sustain procurement excellence across internal and external partners by digital / technology applications in order to reduce requirement and service complexity.
? Assist other category/ projects if necessary
