一、、崗位職責(zé)
1、協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源以響應(yīng)客戶的技術(shù)詢問(wèn)，為達(dá)成客戶目標(biāo)提供靈活可選的技術(shù)解決方案；
Coordinate and consolidate the response process to customer's technical inquiries and provide flexible/alternative technology solutions to achieve customer objectives.
2、關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)品(如新技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)、關(guān)鍵NPI項(xiàng)目和認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品)制作的跟進(jìn)與管理；
Follow up and manage critical product build such as new technical development, critical NPI project and qualification product build.
3、協(xié)助處理異常DFM問(wèn)題；
DFM trouble shooting
4、為銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的業(yè)務(wù)拓展、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)提供技術(shù)支持；
Provide strategic technical guidance to Sales team for business expansion and product development initiatives.
5、匯報(bào)和展示公司技術(shù)能力更新, 收集/匯總客戶技術(shù)趨勢(shì)，行業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息
Sythesize and present technical capability updates; conduct market intelligence analysis on customer / industry trends and competitor landscapes.
6、需要陪同來(lái)訪客戶，出差拜訪客戶（包括海外出差），向客戶推介公司的新產(chǎn)品新技術(shù)，促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)。
Lead customer engagements (on-site visits, domestic/international travel) to promote technology solutions and accelerate business growth.
二、任職要求
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷，熟練的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力；
Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
2、擁有8年以上PCB/載板工廠產(chǎn)品工程、工藝工程崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉載板或高端HDI；
Over 8 years of experience in product engineering or process engineering within PCB/substrate manufacturing, with expertise in substrates or high-end HDI.
3、了解項(xiàng)目管理需求, 有一定的項(xiàng)目管理技能；
Knowledge & Skills of project management.
4、積極主動(dòng)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能適應(yīng)出差；
Initiative and responsible, domestic / international travel is required by this job.
5、良好的溝通能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，能組織多部門(mén)協(xié)作達(dá)成客戶需求。
