ROLE PURPOSE:

RFQ related報價相關(guān)(70%):
1、Review the cost related to RFQ with management team. Provide constructive advice to enhance our cost competitive positions.
與管理層進(jìn)行報價相關(guān)的成本匯報,并給予促成客戶報價建設(shè)性成本建議。
2、 Maintain and update the RFQ database, and the base data for RFQs. Analyze Return on Investment (ROI) for the CAPEX required for the new devices.
維護(hù)和更新報價相關(guān)的主數(shù)據(jù),并計算相關(guān)新增投資的回報率等指標(biāo)
3、 Work with team to analyze the production process and configuration. Critically review and interrogate the cost drivers and the cost parameters, such as UPH, OEE, etc. Propose changes or improvements to Engineering and Operations to improve the cost structures. Generate competitive quotes that both win orders and protect company margins.

Costing related成本相關(guān)(30%):
1、 Establishing product costing processes, procedures and policies, ensuring the correctness of cost information.

2、 Calculation and maintain standard costs of manufactured goods in SAP;Master data maintenance in SAP.
計算和維護(hù)產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本;其他SAP物料主數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)
3、Calculate labor and overhead rates in costed bills of material for
production work orders.
計算生產(chǎn)工單的成本物料清單中的人工及間接費用率等
4、Production order settle and variance analysis by month end
月末生產(chǎn)工單結(jié)算及差 異分析
5、 Coordinate monthly closing related to CO activities of SAP and ensure its smooth running

6、 Be in charge of leading and calculating related to cost saving project

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
任職資格:
1. RFQ background related to assembly and Text is preference.
半導(dǎo)體封裝測試及相似行業(yè)報價背景優(yōu)先。
2. Above 5 years’ experience in cost function or RFQ;
5年以上成本或客戶報價經(jīng)驗。
3. Be familiar with office software; SAP/Oracle experience is preference.
熟悉Office辦公軟件;SAP/Oracle經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
4. Good communication skills and team work.
良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊合作。
5. Basic English in speaking, listening, writing and reading.
基本的英語聽說讀寫能力。
