支持校園內(nèi)外活動(dòng)、固定資產(chǎn)盤點(diǎn)及其他臨時(shí)任務(wù)。
任職要求:
本科及以上學(xué)歷,行政、運(yùn)營(yíng)或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
3年以上行政運(yùn)營(yíng)、設(shè)施管理或供應(yīng)商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有學(xué)?;虼笮蜋C(jī)教育構(gòu)背景優(yōu)先。
良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、服務(wù)意識(shí)與執(zhí)行力。
具備一定英文溝通能力者優(yōu)先。
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor & Service Quality Management
Oversee daily performance of key service providers, including catering, medical center, facilities management, transportation, asset management, procurement support, dormitory services, and insurance.
Establish and monitor KPIs, maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
Support operational process improvement and cross-department collaboration.
2. Catering & Campus Hygiene
Supervise catering service quality, food safety, sanitation standards, and equipment conditions.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen, canteen, storage areas, and public spaces.
Coordinate with Parent Engagement Manager on catering-related concerns.
3. Medical Center & Health & Safety
Manage daily operations of the school medical center and supervise nurses’ performance.
Support student physical checks, accident handling, reporting, and government-related requirements.
Participate in H&S tasks, documentation, and related meetings.
4. Transportation Management
Oversee student bus service quality and act as the communication bridge among suppliers, parents, and students.
Arrange business vehicles and staff shuttle services in alignment with school policies.
5. Boarding & Staff Accommodation Support
Coordinate student boarding and staff dormitory arrangements, cleaning, maintenance, laundry, card access, and related services.
6. Government Inspections & Compliance
Prepare documents and support on-site government inspections, follow up on findings and corrective actions.
Coordinate required testing and compliance checks to ensure safe school operation.
Assist in license application and renewal tasks.
7. Insurance Management
Evaluate and optimize insurance coverage for school assets, staff, and students.
Manage insurance procurement, budgeting, and claims handling.
8. Departmental Administration
Organize departmental files, contracts, reports, and documentation.
Support monthly billing preparation, approval and payment follow-up.
Lead training for outsourced staff (e.g., child protection, campus safety).
Support campus events, asset inventory, and other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in administration, operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative operations, facilities management, or vendor management; experience in schools or large educational institutions is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, service-oriented mindset, and excellent execution ability.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
