Recruiting foreign sales who can speak Russian, Our company can provide work visa.
I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Development:
①Responsible for the sales and promotion of server equipment in overseas markets, developing new customers and expanding business channels.
②Identify potential customers through industry exhibitions, overseas social media platforms, and other channels, analyze customer purchasing needs, and develop development plans.
③Raise the company's product visibility and influence in target markets through participation in international exhibitions and industry conferences.
2. Sales Targets:
①Develop and execute personal sales plans to ensure the achievement of the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
②Track sales progress and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to ensure stable sales growth.
3. Sales Support:
①Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Departments to provide sales support, including product training, market analysis, and sales tool development.
②Participate in the development of sales strategies and marketing plans, providing data support and advice for company decision-making.
4. Market Research:
①Regularly collect and analyze market information, understand competitor trends, and provide a basis for adjusting the company's product pricing and sales strategies.
②Monitor industry trends and policy changes, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to ensure the company's product competitiveness in the market.
II. Qualifications:
1. Russian and spoken English are acceptable working languages.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in international trade, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
3. Familiar with international trade processes, relevant industry experience (graphics cards, blockchain, servers), familiar with mining equipment technical parameters, cross-border payment tools (such as PayPal, Escrow), and overseas market regulations,
4. At least three years of foreign trade sales experience, with experience in mining equipment, blockchain equipment, or high-tech products preferred. Familiarity with South America is preferred. Applicants from emerging markets such as Southeast Asia are preferred.
III. Compensation and Benefits
1. Base salary of ¥6,000-10,000 + commission + meal allowance + full attendance + annual double pay
2. Working hours: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 6:30 PM (with 15-minute flexible working hours);
3. Rest days: Closed on Saturdays and Sundays, with social security funds, paid annual leave, and statutory paid holidays;
4. As a foreign-invested enterprise, salaries are paid at the end of the month;
5. Occasional holiday events and weekly afternoon tea;
6. Comfortable office environment and user-friendly management system.
