任職資格 Qualification :
? 至少有2 年在跨國(guó)公司從事物流和客戶服務(wù)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
? 需具備企業(yè)ERP軟件,如金蝶系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)知識(shí)。
? 具備良好的溝通、規(guī)劃、日程安排和分析能力。
? 英語讀寫能力優(yōu)秀,英語口語良好。
? 至少應(yīng)掌握物流術(shù)語的基本知識(shí)。熟悉中國(guó)海關(guān)的相關(guān)規(guī)章制度。
? 必須具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,能夠在較少督促的情況下開展工作。
? 應(yīng)具備良好的人際交往能力,自我激勵(lì),以客戶為中心,結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向。
? Minimum of 2 years of working experience in logistic and customer
service in multinational companies.
? Knowledge in ERP system is required, Example: Kingdee.
? Good communication, planning, scheduling and analytical skills are required.
? Excellent in reading and writing English and good at oral English
? Should know at least basic knowledge on logistics terms. Posses good
knowledge in Chinese customs rules and regulations.
? Must be a team player and able to work with least supervision.
? Should have good inter-personal skills, self- motivated, customer
focused, and results oriented.
工作職責(zé)范圍 Scope of job :
? 作為內(nèi)部銷售,需要跟新客戶及現(xiàn)有客戶進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)介紹,并獨(dú)立維護(hù)指定客戶群。
? 管理公司內(nèi)部的銷售活動(dòng)。就基本產(chǎn)品問題,供需問題,質(zhì)量問題與客戶進(jìn)
溝通。
? 規(guī)劃并協(xié)調(diào)訂單接收、訂單確認(rèn)和交貨和庫存管理等。
? 與不同地區(qū)/ 國(guó)家的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)調(diào)。協(xié)調(diào)物流事宜。
? 管理客戶需求預(yù)測(cè),處理和對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,并提供建議和解決方案。記錄、
更新和檢索數(shù)據(jù)。
? 策劃和組織公司市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng),如展會(huì)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)推廣等等。
? 管理日常辦公室活動(dòng),并定期與財(cái)務(wù)進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)。
? As an indoor sales, work as internal sales force to introduce products/technology towards new and existing customers. Will be responsible for allocated customers.
? Administer in-house sales activities. Interface customers on basic product
questions, demand and supply and quality matters .
? Plan and co-ordinates order intake, order confirmation and delivery schedule.
? Interface suppliers in various locations/countries. Co-ordinate
logistics matters.
? Manage forecast and work on problems of moderate scope, where
analysis of data or situation is required and provide recommendations and
solutions. Record update and retrieve data.
? Plan and organize marketing activities, like Exhibition and on-line marketing.
? Administer daily office activities and coordinating with accountant regularly.
