一、崗位職責(zé)
?營(yíng)銷素材管理:負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品圖片、視頻等營(yíng)銷素材的收集、分類、整理及優(yōu)化,建立規(guī)范的素材庫(kù),確保素材可隨時(shí)調(diào)用且符合海外市場(chǎng)傳播需求。
?宣傳物料設(shè)計(jì):獨(dú)立使用Photoshop等設(shè)計(jì)工具制作中英文版產(chǎn)品宣傳冊(cè)、展會(huì)海報(bào)等物料,結(jié)合公司定位及目標(biāo)客戶偏好,確保設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格統(tǒng)一且具備營(yíng)銷吸引力。
?展會(huì)全流程統(tǒng)籌:負(fù)責(zé)廣交會(huì)及其他國(guó)內(nèi)外重點(diǎn)展會(huì)的參展籌備、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行及后續(xù)跟進(jìn)工作,包括展位申請(qǐng)、物料籌備、人員協(xié)調(diào)、客戶接待及意向客戶梳理總結(jié)。
?網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容運(yùn)營(yíng):每周撰寫(xiě)公司動(dòng)態(tài)、產(chǎn)品資訊、行業(yè)洞察等中英文內(nèi)容,發(fā)布至公司官網(wǎng)并同步維護(hù),提升網(wǎng)站活躍度及搜索引擎可見(jiàn)性。
?營(yíng)銷策略制定與執(zhí)行:結(jié)合公司產(chǎn)品特性及目標(biāo)客戶需求,制定針對(duì)性營(yíng)銷策略,策劃并落地營(yíng)銷活動(dòng),向客戶傳遞目標(biāo)承諾并追蹤達(dá)成效果。
?跨部門(mén)協(xié)同:與海外外包團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)接社交媒體及官網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)事宜,提供素材支持及內(nèi)容需求,確保外部運(yùn)營(yíng)與內(nèi)部營(yíng)銷節(jié)奏一致;及時(shí)同步營(yíng)銷數(shù)據(jù)至老板,為決策提供支持。
Job Responsibilities
?Marketing Material Management: Responsible for collecting, classifying, organizing and optimizing the company's product pictures, videos and other marketing materials, establishing a standardized material library to ensure that materials can be used at any time and meet the communication needs of overseas markets.
?Promotional Material Design: Independently use design tools such as Photoshop to produce Chinese and English versions of product brochures, exhibition posters and other materials. Combine the company's positioning and target customer preferences to ensure a unified design style and marketing appeal.
?Exhibition Full-process Coordination: Responsible for the preparation, on-site execution and follow-up work of the Canton Fair and other key domestic and foreign exhibitions, including booth application, material preparation, personnel coordination, customer reception and summary of intended customers.
?Website Content Operation: Write Chinese and English content such as company news, product information and industry insights every week, publish it on the company's official website and maintain it simultaneously to improve website activity and search engine visibility.
?Marketing Strategy Formulation and Execution: Formulate targeted marketing strategies based on the company's product characteristics and target customer needs, plan and implement marketing activities, convey target commitments to customers and track the achievement effects.
?Cross-departmental Collaboration: Connect with the overseas outsourcing team on social media and official website operation matters, provide material support and content needs to ensure that external operations are consistent with internal marketing rhythms; timely synchronize marketing data to the boss to provide support for decision-making.
二、任職要求
?學(xué)歷背景:大專及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,1-3年外貿(mào)行業(yè)營(yíng)銷相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
?核心技能:熟練使用Photoshop等設(shè)計(jì)工具,能獨(dú)立完成宣傳冊(cè)、海報(bào)等物料設(shè)計(jì);具備扎實(shí)的中英文文案撰寫(xiě)能力,可獨(dú)立完成網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作;熟悉Office辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。
?經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:有外貿(mào)展會(huì)(尤其是廣交會(huì))參展統(tǒng)籌經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;具備營(yíng)銷素材管理或網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解海外市場(chǎng)偏好者更佳;有產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷或B2B客戶開(kāi)發(fā)輔助經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
?能力素養(yǎng):具備較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和分析能力;擁有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,可高效對(duì)接外包團(tuán)隊(duì)及內(nèi)部協(xié)作;工作細(xì)致負(fù)責(zé),具備較強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力和抗壓能力,能適應(yīng)展會(huì)等階段性高強(qiáng)度工作。
?語(yǔ)言要求:英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)流利,能獨(dú)立完成中英文營(yíng)銷物料及網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容的撰寫(xiě)與校對(duì);具備基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力,可簡(jiǎn)單對(duì)接海外客戶或外包團(tuán)隊(duì)者優(yōu)先。

Job Requirements
?Educational Background: College degree or above, major in Marketing, International Trade, Visual Design and other related majors is preferred, and 1-3 years of marketing experience in the foreign trade industry is preferred.
?Core Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, able to independently complete the design of brochures, posters and other materials; solid Chinese and English copywriting skills, able to independently complete website content creation; familiar with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
?Experience Requirements: Experience in coordinating foreign trade exhibitions (especially Canton Fair) is preferred; experience in marketing material management or website content operation, and understanding of overseas market preferences is better; experience in product marketing or B2B customer development support is preferred.
?Competence: Strong market research and analysis capabilities to assist in clarifying industry positioning; good communication and coordination capabilities to efficiently connect with outsourcing teams and internal collaboration; careful and responsible work, strong execution and stress resistance, able to adapt to periodic high-intensity work such as exhibitions.
?Language Requirements: Fluent in English reading and writing, able to independently complete the writing and proofreading of Chinese and English marketing materials and website content; basic oral English skills, able to simply connect with overseas customers or outsourcing teams is preferred.
?Other Requirements: Identify with the company's development philosophy and be willing to grow with the small startup company; have certain learning ability and can quickly master product knowledge and foreign trade industry rules.
