General Description
Manufacturing Engineer Technician will assist ME engineers to complete process verification, assembly production and verification, production line improvement. Key Accountabilities
l Collect data from production sites, analyze weak links in the production process, and implement continuous improvement to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場收集數(shù)據(jù)，分析生產(chǎn)過程中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，實(shí)施持續(xù)改進(jìn)以提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低制造成本；
l Process scheme verification, process verification, tool fixture development verification and provide technical support.
工藝方案驗(yàn)證、工藝過程驗(yàn)證，工裝夾具開發(fā)驗(yàn)證并提供技術(shù)支持；
l Process file management.
工藝文件管理；
l Analysis of the production site and customer quality problems, proposed solutions and tracking the improvement of the results.
對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場以及客戶出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行分析，提出解決措施并跟蹤改善效果；
l Actively complete superior assignment tasks and track metrics within the department.
積極完成上級分配任務(wù)，以及跟蹤部門內(nèi)部的指標(biāo)；
l Maintain good communication and collaboration with all departments of the company.
與公司各部門保持良好的溝通和協(xié)作；
l Train field operators according to instructions and process documentation. 對現(xiàn)場操作員根據(jù)指導(dǎo)書及過程文件進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)；
l Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.
參加信息安全保護(hù)培訓(xùn)，遵守公司信息安全保護(hù)相關(guān)政策。
l The department assigns other related work.

Qualifications & Requirements
l College education and above, machinery-related majors.
大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)
l More than 3 years of production experience in starters/generators.
3年以上起動(dòng)機(jī)/發(fā)電機(jī)等生產(chǎn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
l Strong learning ability, good at self-learning.
學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，善于自我學(xué)習(xí)
l Knowledge of manufacturing processes: welding, press winding, fastener tightening, vehicle processing, process gage, process testing, tooling self-made.
具備制造工藝流程相關(guān)知識：焊接、壓裝繞線、緊固件擰緊、車加工、過程量具、工藝測試，工裝自制
l Understanding of Lean Principles.

l Can adapt to changes in work, has a certain ability to resist pressure.

l Computer skills, MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Solidworks.
