4. 輔助編制加工工藝文件；

5. 主導(dǎo)量產(chǎn)品過(guò)程持續(xù)改進(jìn)，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)效率，降低生產(chǎn)成本

6. 指導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督CNC機(jī)床的工藝過(guò)程，確保產(chǎn)品精度和質(zhì)量

7. 負(fù)責(zé)滾絲機(jī)的設(shè)備操作培訓(xùn)，有必要對(duì)滾絲機(jī)進(jìn)行研究，以提高模具的使用壽命

8. 負(fù)責(zé)車(chē)銑復(fù)合的加工工藝指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)，了解設(shè)備的工作原理，對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行改善，提高生產(chǎn)效率和品質(zhì)要求

崗位要求Job Requirement:
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、數(shù)控 相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2. 3年以上獨(dú)立操作設(shè)備，調(diào)試設(shè)備，編程等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，
3. 精通UG編程件，能夠獨(dú)立完成的編程任務(wù)
4. 熟練使用辦公軟件及CAD，inventor，solidworks等2D，3D軟件；
5. 有車(chē)銑復(fù)合設(shè)備經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者T型螺紋滾壓擠壓經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
6. 有基本英語(yǔ)讀，寫(xiě)，交流能力。
