工作描述 Job Description:
1.協(xié)助總經(jīng)理進(jìn)行客戶維護(hù),項目洽談和實(shí)施
Assistant GM to manage clients, make project negociate and implement
2.負(fù)責(zé)財務(wù)外包和稅務(wù)咨詢部門的日常管理;
Be responsible for accounting and tax department daily management;
3.負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊搭建和員工的培養(yǎng);
Be responsible for building reasonable department structure and subordinates training;
4.制定財務(wù)外包部門的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和流程,并負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施;
Design the standardization process of Accouting Outsourcing Service Business;
Follow the implement of standardization process;
5.負(fù)責(zé)每月對為客戶編制的會計分錄,會計報告和稅務(wù)報告的審核,并確保其準(zhǔn)確性和及時性;
Be responsible for monthly review of account entries, financial reports and tax reports for our client and make sure the jobs were done accurately and timely;
6.負(fù)責(zé)日常和客戶的溝通和管理,并提供有效的財務(wù)支持和解決方案;
Be responsible for daily communication with clients and give effective financial support and solutions;
7.負(fù)責(zé)客戶年度結(jié)賬工作的安排并確保其有序的實(shí)施;
Be responsible for organizing the yearly closing for clients and make sure it can be properly implemented;
8.參與客戶財務(wù)軟件或ERP系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施;
Participate in implementation of financial software/ERP system for client if any;
9.負(fù)責(zé)部門標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作流程的制定和實(shí)施;
In charge of drafting accounting outsourcing service Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Implementation;
10.負(fù)責(zé)為新客戶設(shè)計基本的會計制度以及服務(wù)流程,并確保其得到有效的實(shí)施;
In charge of set up the basic accounting policy and service procedure for our clients and make sure it can be properly implemented.
崗位要求 Requirement:
1. 必須具有財稅咨詢行業(yè)3年以上管理經(jīng)驗;
At least 3 years management experience in financial outsourcing industry;
2.本科以上財經(jīng)類專業(yè)畢業(yè);
Bachelor degree or above;
3.熟悉公司的全套賬務(wù)處理以及稅務(wù)申報流程和要求;,擅長稅務(wù)咨詢;
Understand whole accounting procedure and tax filling process, good at Tax advisory;
4.熟悉中國會計準(zhǔn)則及國際會計準(zhǔn)則;
Familiar with PRC GAAP and IAS;
5.英語流利;Fluent English;
