職位描述
· Provide care and support to boarders at key times in the week when they are in the boarding house.
· 住校學生關顧與支持。 ·
· Promote the welfare of the students and to be a point of contact for them during set working times. 以學生的利益為中心，作為固定工作時間的聯(lián)系人。 ·
· Get to know the students, taking an interest in them as individuals. 了解學生，關顧學生個體。 ·
· Provide support, guidance and a ‘listening ear’ to the students. 提供支持和指導，并給予傾聽。 ·
· Have a strong interest in the well-being of the students, their daily routines and general schoolwork organisation. 照顧學生日常起居，組織完成學校作業(yè) ·
· Keep a close eye on their personal organisation and hygiene, encouraging them to keep their bedrooms and living areas clean and tidy. 關注學生衛(wèi)生，鼓勵養(yǎng)成整潔的起居生活習慣。 ·
· Provide emotional support when they may be sad, stressed or feel pressure at key times of the year, reporting these findings to the Housemaster/Housemistress and/or Medical staff, as appropriate. 在關鍵時給予情感支持，必要時向社長或醫(yī)務人員匯報。 ·
· Liaise on all matters pertaining to the role. 負責聯(lián)絡協(xié)調(diào)工作。 ·
· Inspect and grade student rooms on a weekly basis. 檢查學生宿舍，并每周給予評分。 ·
· Accompany students to hospital during the evenings/night when the medical centre is closed (infrequent). 當晚上出現(xiàn)醫(yī)療室關閉特殊情況時，陪伴學生前往醫(yī)院。 ·
· Manage external bookings of boarding facilities. 管理外部設施預定。 ·
· Undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service in the School. 在直線領導交辦工作，確保提供一致性的服務
Skills and Experience Required 崗位要求
· Good English Language skill 良好的英語水平 ·
· Basic ability to use IT 基本信息技術能力 ·
· The ability to use tact and discretion. 機制的判斷力 ·
· An awareness of obligations regarding health & safety is beneficial. 對健康與安全相關政策的了解 ·
· 1st aid trained (or willingness to train). 參加過急救培訓（或有參加相關培訓的意愿） ·
· Be flexible, with good interpersonal skills. 靈活并有親和力 ·
· A sense of humour/enthusiasm and an interest in student is essential. 幽默/熱心，關心學生 ·
· The ability to trouble-shoot calmly and effectively would also be advantageous. 能冷靜、高效地解決問題 ·
