高校企業(yè)教培項目規(guī)劃與管理高端資源拓展區(qū)域招生攻堅
一、崗位職責(zé)
1.規(guī)劃與目標(biāo)管理:協(xié)助制定項目規(guī)劃,牽頭落地年度招生目標(biāo);參與優(yōu)化課程體系與運營模式,強化項目競爭力。
2.高端資源拓展:主導(dǎo)市場調(diào)研、品牌推廣及校企合作,系統(tǒng)性提煉高管培訓(xùn)需求并促成合作,維護長期客戶關(guān)系。
3.項目全周期推進:負責(zé)招生、教學(xué)協(xié)調(diào)、學(xué)員服務(wù)及校友維護全流程,保障學(xué)員滿意度。
4.區(qū)域招生攻堅:負責(zé)區(qū)域 / 行業(yè)招生,主動對接各類企業(yè)客戶, 策劃社群活動,走訪學(xué)員與申請人,把握需求機會。
5.項目質(zhì)量管理:協(xié)調(diào)學(xué)術(shù)團隊、企業(yè)客戶及外部專家,聯(lián)動項目組以及教授、行業(yè)專家及學(xué)員,確保課程內(nèi)容貼合市場需求與學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準。
1.Planning and Goal Management: Assist in formulating project plans, spearhead the implementation of annual enrollment targets; participate in optimizing the curriculum and operational model to enhance project competitiveness.
2.Resource Development: Lead market research, brand promotion, and university-enterprise collaboration; systematically identify executive training needs, facilitate partnerships, and maintain long-term client relationships.
3.Full-Cycle Project Management: Oversee the entire process, including enrollment, teaching coordination, student services, and alumni engagement, ensuring high satisfaction among participants.
4.Admissions: Take charge of regional/industry-specific admissions, proactively engage with enterprise clients, organize community activities, visit students and applicants, and identify opportunities.
5.Project Quality Management: Coordinate with academic teams, corporate clients, and external experts; collaborate with project teams, professors, industry experts, and students to ensure the course content aligns with market demands and academic standards.
二、任職要求
最低學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上,碩士或海外教育背景優(yōu)先。
專業(yè)要求:不限
語言要求:良好的中英文書面及口頭表達能力
其他:
1.工作經(jīng)驗:至少5 年 + 教育 / 高校 / 企業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗,熟悉 EDP/EMBA/DBA 運作,或有高端教育招生 / 客戶維護經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
2.核心能力:目標(biāo)感強,能獨立推動項目落地;擅長高端客戶溝通,能代表學(xué)校形象對接高端群體
3.職業(yè)素養(yǎng):親和力佳,善跨部門協(xié)作;可適應(yīng)出差
此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above; a Master's degree or overseas education background is preferred.
Major: No restrictions
Language preference: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
Others:
1.Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in education, higher education, or corporate management; familiarity with EDP/EMBA/DBA operations or experience in high-end education enrollment/client maintenance is preferred.
2. Core Competencies: Strong goal orientation, ability to independently drive project implementation; proficient in high-end client communication, capable of representing the school to engage with elite groups.
3. Professional Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at cross-department collaboration; willingness to travel as needed.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
