核心職責(zé)
1. 根據(jù)6-15歲孩子的認(rèn)知水平和英語基礎(chǔ),定制個性化英文繪本閱讀課程,設(shè)計(jì)互動性強(qiáng)的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)(如故事解讀、詞匯游戲、角色扮演等)。
2. 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生理解繪本故事脈絡(luò)、人物形象及核心詞匯,通過提問、小組討論等形式深化閱讀體驗(yàn)。
3. 營造輕松愉悅的課堂氛圍,鼓勵孩子大膽開口用英文表達(dá)想法,培養(yǎng)英語溝通自信心。
4. 跟蹤學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)度,定期反饋閱讀效果,調(diào)整教學(xué)策略,助力孩子穩(wěn)步提升英語綜合能力。

任職要求

Job Overview
We are recruiting a passionate and communicative English Picture Book Teacher, specializing in guiding teenagers and children aged 4-15 in English picture book reading. Through engaging and age-appropriate teaching methods, the role aims to stimulate children’s interest in English learning, improve their English reading comprehension and oral expression skills, help them develop good reading habits, and let them experience the charm of English literature.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customize personalized English picture book reading courses based on the cognitive levels and English foundations of 4-15-year-old students, designing highly interactive teaching sessions (such as story interpretation, vocabulary games, role-plays, etc.).
2. Guide students to understand picture book storylines, character images, and core vocabulary, deepening their reading experience through questioning, group discussions, and other forms.
3. Create a relaxed and pleasant classroom atmosphere, encouraging children to bravely express their ideas in English and fostering their confidence in English communication.
4. Track students’ learning progress, regularly provide feedback on reading effects, adjust teaching strategies, and support students in steadily improving their comprehensive English abilities.
5. Recommend age-appropriate English picture book resources, guide students in independent after-class reading, and cultivate their sustained interest in reading.
Requirements
1. Priority given to candidates with majors related to English; excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with standard and authentic pronunciation.
2. Passionate about children’s education, understanding the psychological characteristics of 4-15-year-old students, and proficient in conveying knowledge in ways that are easy for children to understand.
3. Familiar with English picture book resources, capable of accurately selecting age-suitable picture book materials for different age groups, and possessing curriculum design and innovation capabilities.
4. Lively, cheerful, patient, and approachable; good at mobilizing classroom atmosphere and guiding children to actively participate in learning.
5. Priority given to candidates with relevant experience in teenage English teaching or picture book reading guidance; additional points for holding English teaching certificates, TESOL, or other related qualifications.
