Logistics Specialist main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. To ensure goods are shipped on time for both ocean freight and air freight.
2. Responding to logistics process & documentation preparation & system MTG/ TMS maintainence.
3. Communicate with METSO internal & external stackholders to drive on-time-delivery.
4. To manage domestic transportation integrity that enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Enable to support off-duty & holidays for emergency cases.
6. To apply freight invoices base on METSO finance guideline.
7. To execute business in compliance.
8. To collaborate 3PLs performance with global logistics management. Improve 3PLs service level continually.
9. To implement transportation system and related tools in METSO visibility blueprint.
10. To complete tasks assigned by team leader temporary.
Logistics Specialist`s key perfomance indicors & key skills
1. Bachelor is preferred or profound experience in multinational manufacture OVER 3 YEARS.
2. Teamwork spirit. Good communication & interpersonal skill in cross function e.g. order fulfilment, warehouse.
3. Capability in collaborating both operational and commercial aspects and good skill in influence without authority.
4. A personal with high Metso innovation on continue development and would like to contribute for METSO Tier I strategy.
5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
6. Computer skills including MS Office & SAP.
7. English workable in written & reading.
