研發(fā)主任工程師 電池工程師 （正極）
崗位職責：
1. 開發(fā)和測試鎳氫電池材料和配方，以提升電池性能、壽命和安全性。
Develop and test nickel-metal hydride (NiMH)
battery materials and formulations to enhance performance, lifespan, and
safety.
2. 與生產商合作，開發(fā)并驗證鎳氫電池電極、隔膜等相關材料的產品與生產工藝。Collaborate with manufacturers to develop and validate NiMH battery components (e.g.,electrodes, separators) and optimize production processes.
3. 組裝電池，并進行電化學測試，以分析電極活性材料和電極組成對電池性能的影響。Assemble battery cells and conduct electrochemical testing to evaluate the impact of electrode materials and compositions on performance.
4. 參與電池失效分析，對失效材料進行分析表征。Participate
in battery failure analysis and conduct characterization of failed materials.
5. 能夠熟練使用各種分析技術（如SEM、XRD、XPS等）和電化學技術（如EIS和CV）對催化電極材料進行表征。Proficient
in using various analytical techniques (e.g., SEM, XRD, XPS) and
electrochemical methods (e.g., EIS, CV) to characterize catalytic electrode
materials.
6. 分析電化學測試和材料表征結果，理解電極催化材料性質對產品性能的影響。Analyze
electrochemical test and material characterization data to understand the
influence of electrode catalytic material properties on product performance.
7. 記錄并分析實驗結果，與團隊成員共享并展示實驗成果。Document
and analyze experimental results, sharing and presenting findings to team
members.
8. 開發(fā)并提交相關知識產權。Develop and submit intellectual property (IP) applications related to research outcomes.
9. 完成上級安排的其他項目。Complete other projects assigned supervisors.
崗位要求：
1. 擁有材料科學、化學工程、化學、物理或相關領域的博士或碩士學位，研究方向為電催化、燃料電池、可充放電池或其他電化學器件。
2.有在同行評審期刊上發(fā)表高質量學術論文的經(jīng)歷。
3.動手能力強，有自主設計搭建實驗平臺、器材的相關經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。能夠理解電池、電池組件及其在電池內部的相互作用
擁有2年以上電池制造商或電池研發(fā)公司的電極材料研發(fā)相關工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
6. 熟練掌握電化學測試方法，如EIS、CV等
7. 熟悉并有使用分析工具的經(jīng)驗，如SEM、XRD、XPS、XRF等
重視實驗室和工作安全規(guī)范，并嚴格遵守相關政策
