核心職責(zé)概述
負(fù)責(zé)保障電力與能源的持續(xù)供應(yīng)/分配，確保建筑及設(shè)施得到妥善維護(hù)，并嚴(yán)格遵守環(huán)境健康安全（EHS）標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。該崗位對(duì)維持安全高效的工作環(huán)境、保障設(shè)施相關(guān)功能順暢運(yùn)行至關(guān)重要。The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring continuous supply/distribution of power and energy, and that the buildings and facilities are properly maintained and ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment and ensuring the smooth operation of all facility-related functions.
一、投產(chǎn)前階段職責(zé)
Pre-production Duties
1.設(shè)施需求定義，明確生產(chǎn)設(shè)施需求（含水、電、壓縮空氣CA、空調(diào)AC、天然氣NG、照明、EHS、物料、工裝及維護(hù)），并轉(zhuǎn)化為設(shè)計(jì)要求。
Define production facility requirements (including water, electricity, CA, AC, NG, lighting, EHS, materials, tooling, maintenance) and translate into design specifications.
2.布局設(shè)計(jì)協(xié)作
與建筑師及工程師緊密合作，完成設(shè)施/工廠布局設(shè)計(jì)，確保符合運(yùn)營(yíng)需求及法規(guī)要求。
Collaborate with architects/engineers to finalize facility/factory layout, ensuring compliance with operational needs and regulatory standards.
3.項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃制定
編制包含時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)、里程碑、預(yù)算、資源分配及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理策略的完整項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃。
Develop a comprehensive project plan covering timelines, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
4.跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)
與管理層、承包商、工程師、設(shè)計(jì)師等利益相關(guān)方溝通，確保項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)與預(yù)期一致。
Coordinate with management, contractors, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
5.合同執(zhí)行管理
監(jiān)督施工、設(shè)備采購(gòu)及其他項(xiàng)目服務(wù)的合同執(zhí)行，包括條款談判、合規(guī)監(jiān)控及變更管理。
Oversee contract execution for construction, equipment procurement, and services, including term negotiation, compliance monitoring, and change order management.
6.質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)把控
確保所有工作符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及客戶規(guī)范，定期開展檢查與審計(jì)。
Ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications through regular inspections and audits.

監(jiān)測(cè)并維護(hù)公司發(fā)電與配電系統(tǒng)，保障供電穩(wěn)定性。
Monitor and maintain power generation and distribution systems.
9. 供電可靠性管理
確保設(shè)施各區(qū)域電力供應(yīng)的可靠性與高效性。
Ensure reliable and efficient power supply to all facility areas.
10.外部供應(yīng)商協(xié)作
協(xié)調(diào)外部供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行電力設(shè)備的維護(hù)與維修。

任職資格
Qualifications
1.學(xué)歷背景
工程學(xué)、設(shè)施管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)W士學(xué)位。
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5年以上設(shè)施管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，重點(diǎn)涉及電力設(shè)施及環(huán)境健康安全（EHS）領(lǐng)域。
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, with a focus on Power Facilities and EHS.
3.技術(shù)能力
具備扎實(shí)的電力系統(tǒng)及設(shè)施管理技術(shù)知識(shí)。
Strong technical expertise in Power Systems and Facility Management.
4.管理能力
優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力與團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力。

Qualifications
