Job DescriptionResponsible
for sourcing and evaluating laboratory and medical equipment in China, ensuring compliance with international standards and offering competitive pricing. Key tasks include supplier management, contract negotiation, quality control, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate equipment manufacturers, manage supplier quality and compliance, and ensure supply reliability.
• Product Compliance: Work with your team to ensure equipment meets international (CE, FDA, ISO) and local medical standards.
• Negotiation & Contract: Negotiate price, payment terms and delivery time, manage contracts to ensure both parties perform.
• Quality control: organize quality inspection, factory audit, and cooperate with third-party inspection agencies.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee logistics and transportation to ensure equipment arrives on time and meets customs clearance requirements.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends and prices, analyze costs, and propose purchasing strategies.

Eligibility Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, biomedical engineering or related majors.
• Experience: More than 5 years of experience in medical and laboratory equipment procurement.
• Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English (other languages ??preferred).
• Skills: Familiarity with medical device standards (FDA, CE, ISO), negotiation and contract management, supply chain, and international trade regulations.
