Currently, we are scaling our global logistics division by establishing infrastructure through subsidiaries in China, India, South Africa, and the CIS countries, with the main management center in Dubai.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in international trading of chemical products, rubber, and metals. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience in the Chinese market, fluent Chinese and English, and a proven track record of developing client relationships and driving sales growth. The role focuses on promoting and selling commodities sourced from the UAE and Russia to the Chinese market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for chemical products, rubber, and metals in the Chinese market
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients while maintaining existing partnerships
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Monitor market trends and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Participate in industry exhibitions and trade events to expand business network
- Frequent business trips within China to meet clients and partners
Candidate Requirements:
Languages:
- Chinese – C1 (fluent written and spoken).
- English – B2+ (strong written and spoken).
Experience:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in international trading in China.
- Proven track record in selling chemical products, rubber, and/or metals.
- Experience working with commodities from UAE and Russia is a strong advantage.
- Background in international trading company or industrial sales.

Working Conditions:
- Office-based position in Shanghai, China.
- Full-time, office-based position.
