Scope and General Purpose of Job / 工作范圍及目的
1. Ensure that all IT systems in the hotel provide as near as possible uninterrupted service to all departments. To provide technical assistance and advice to the hotel management. To assist other departments to get the best out of the hotel’s IT systems.
保證酒店的電腦系統(tǒng)為所有部門提供盡可能的不間斷服務(wù)。為酒店的管理提供技術(shù)支持和建議。幫助其他部門得到最佳的電腦系統(tǒng)。
Main Duties /主要職責(zé)
2. Ensure that any preventive maintenance required by any IT equipment in the hotel is carried out at the correct time.
保證酒店所有的電腦設(shè)備的定期維護(hù)在正確的時(shí)間得到實(shí)施。
3. Coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment.
協(xié)調(diào)所有的故障系統(tǒng)或設(shè)備能夠及時(shí)地維修和恢復(fù)運(yùn)行。
4. Ensure the continuous availability of a hierarchy to deal with an emergency in any essential IT system.
保證電腦系統(tǒng)在發(fā)生緊急故障的時(shí)候能夠連續(xù)的運(yùn)行。
5. Ensure the availability of any stationary or consumables required by any IT system.
保證電腦系統(tǒng)所需的固定和消耗品的儲(chǔ)備。
6. Establish procedures to ensure the backup of data in any IT system.
建立程序來(lái)保證電腦系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)備份。
7. Rebuild data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
重建數(shù)據(jù)以糾正因?yàn)橛布蜍浖收显斐傻臄?shù)據(jù)錯(cuò)誤。
8. Keep the software in the hotel management system up to the current release as instructed by the Corporate IT Manager.
保證酒店管理系統(tǒng)中的軟件按照集團(tuán)電腦部經(jīng)理的指示保持在正確的版本上。
9. Provide technical assistance to internal or external audit staff.
為內(nèi)部和外部的審計(jì)人員提供技術(shù)支持。
10. Advise the management of the hotel on additional facilities which could be provided by either existing or further IT systems and technological advances.

11. Coordinate the investigation and timely handling of software fault reports or enhancement requests.

12. Set up emergency procedures to continue the operation of the hotel in the event of a systems failure.

13. Assist other departments to train their employees in the effective use of any IT system.
幫助其他部門對(duì)其員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)使之能夠有效地使用電腦系統(tǒng)。
14. Provide manuals on the use of any IT systems and incorporate those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the hotel.
提供所有電腦系統(tǒng)的使用手冊(cè)并將其合成到酒店操作流程中相關(guān)的部分。
15. Be fully aware of the hotel’s policies and procedures and to adhere to them.
完全理解和執(zhí)行酒店的政策和程序。
16. Have a complete understanding of the hotel’s policy relating to fire, safety and health.

17. Have a complete understanding of the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained therein.

18. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
執(zhí)行其他指定的合理的工作和職責(zé)。
19. Respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by the industry, the company, or the hotel.
根據(jù)行業(yè)、公司或酒店的改變,對(duì)部門運(yùn)作改動(dòng),與時(shí)并進(jìn)。
20. Performs other duties as required by his supervisor or head of department
執(zhí)行上級(jí)及部門負(fù)責(zé)人要求的其他工作。
