化學(xué)品監(jiān)管體系全面質(zhì)量管理體系化學(xué)原料/化學(xué)制品化工
    崗位職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities
    1. 建立、實(shí)施并持續(xù)改進(jìn)公司質(zhì)量管理體系（ISO 9001、IATF 16949 等）。
    Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
    2. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量控制與監(jiān)測(cè)，確保產(chǎn)品符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（GB/T）、客戶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
    Responsible for quality control and monitoring of production processes to ensure compliance with GB/T standards, customer requirements, and international standards.
    3. 主導(dǎo)質(zhì)量問題分析與解決，運(yùn)用 8D、FMEA等工具推動(dòng)改進(jìn)。
    Lead quality issue analysis and resolution, applying tools such as 8D, FMEA to drive improvements.
    4. 組織和參與供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理，包括審核、進(jìn)料檢驗(yàn)和糾正預(yù)防措施的落實(shí)。
    Organize and participate in supplier quality management, including audits, incoming inspections, and corrective/preventive actions.
    5. 參與新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入與過程驗(yàn)證，確保量產(chǎn)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。
    Participate in New Product Introduction and process validation to ensure mass production quality stability.
    6. 協(xié)助內(nèi)外部質(zhì)量審核（客戶審核、第三方審核、體系審核），并跟進(jìn)整改措施。
    Support internal and external quality audits (customer, third-party, system audits) and follow up on corrective actions.
    7. 推動(dòng)精益生產(chǎn)和持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目，提高生產(chǎn)效率和質(zhì)量水平。
    Promote Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and quality levels.
    8. 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量相關(guān)文件、報(bào)告和數(shù)據(jù)的編制與維護(hù)。
    Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and data.

    任職資格 / Qualifications
    學(xué)歷 / Education
    ? 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、工業(yè)工程、材料、化學(xué)工程、質(zhì)量管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
    ? Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or Quality Management.
    工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) / Work Experience
    ? 3–5 年以上質(zhì)量工程 / 質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有合資企業(yè)或外企經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
    ? 3–5 years’ experience in quality engineering/management; JV or multinational company experience preferred.
    專業(yè)知識(shí) / Professional Knowledge
    ? 熟悉質(zhì)量管理工具（FMEA、SPC、APQP、8D 等）。
    ? Familiar with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, 8D, etc.).
    ? 掌握中國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（GB/T）、CCC 強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證及國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（ISO、ASTM、DIN、IEC 等）。
    ? Knowledge of GB/T standards, CCC certification, and international standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN, IEC).
    技能要求 / Skills
    ? 熟練使用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件（Minitab、JMP、Excel 等）。
    ? Proficient in statistical software (Minitab, JMP, Excel, etc.).
    ? 熟悉 ERP/MES 系統(tǒng)（金蝶、用友等）。
    ? Familiar with ERP/MES systems (Kingdee, UFIDA, etc.).
    ? 具備跨部門溝通與跨文化協(xié)作能力。
    ? Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills.
    語(yǔ)言 / Language
    ? 中文流利，英語(yǔ)良好（口語(yǔ)與書面）。
    ? Fluent in Mandarin; good command of English.
    證書 / Certifications（加分項(xiàng)）
    ? ISO 內(nèi)審員資格證書；
    ? ISO Internal Auditor Certificate;
    ? CQE（注冊(cè)質(zhì)量工程師）等相關(guān)證書。
    ? CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or equivalent.
