OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
As the Production Manager at Savic Motorcycles, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring that production meets demand in accordance with company standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. You will manage and motivate assembly technicians, coordinate production schedules, oversee material distribution, and ensure that all production processes align with the company’s SOPs. Your role will also involve ensuring worker satisfaction, safety, and collaborative efficiency while maintaining high-quality output.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Production Planning: Develop comprehensive production plans, set priorities,and allocate tasks to assembly technicians to meet production requirements. Ensure production meets daily/weekly/monthly targets for output, quality pass rate, and downtime within set tolerances.
2. Material Coordination: Initiate material release requests in the ERP system before production starts. Inspect incoming materials together with the Quality Control Engineer before assigning them to assembly staff.
3. Quality Oversight: Monitor and enforce strict adherence to production quality standards and SOPs throughout the assembly process.
4. Safety Management: Ensure workplace safety at all times, identify unsafe behaviors, and implement corrective actions.
5. Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate assembly technicians, ensuring their job satisfaction, productivity, and teamwork.
6. Process Supervision: Oversee every step of the assembly process, from material allocation to quality control inspection, packaging, and product handover.
7. Coordination with Quality Control: Request quality inspections for finished products. Oversee rework for non-compliant items and manage the packaging of approved units.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager for inventory movement, ERP system updates, and outbound logistics. Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to address design or process-related issues affecting production.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality related documentation.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process optimisations to improve productivity and efficiency. Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S principles to drive continuous process improvement.
11. English Communication: Communicate effectively in written and basic spoken English for coordination with international teams.

5.監(jiān)督并保障生產(chǎn)安全，發(fā)現(xiàn)不安全行為時(shí)及時(shí)糾正并落實(shí)整改。
6.與工程及研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，解決因設(shè)計(jì)或工藝引發(fā)的生產(chǎn)問題。
7.監(jiān)督從物料分配、生產(chǎn)過程、質(zhì)量檢查、包裝到成品交付的全流程。
8.向質(zhì)量控制部門申請(qǐng)成品檢驗(yàn)，并對(duì)不合格品安排返工。
9.運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)（Lean Manufacturing）、持續(xù)改善（Kaizen）及 5S 等方法，推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)流程持續(xù)優(yōu)化。
10.與供應(yīng)鏈經(jīng)理緊密合作，協(xié)調(diào)庫存、ERP 出入庫記錄及發(fā)貨事宜。
11.定期向上級(jí)匯報(bào)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量狀況及改進(jìn)措施。
12.英語溝通：能夠用書面和基本的口語英語進(jìn)行有效交流，以便與國際團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)合作。
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in production management within manufacturing or assembly.
3. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
4. Proven track record of meeting production KPIs in a manufacturing environment.
5. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Good written English skills; basic spoken English communication.
7. Knowledge of ERP systems for material management.
8. Strong understanding of safety standards and production SOPs.
