We are Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), an international organisation at the forefront of ballet, fitness, and wellness education. We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract, with the potential to grow into full-time employment.

This role is perfect for an all-round creative professional who thrives across graphic design, video editing, colour grading, and UX design. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director to bring projects to life across digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, and app/website design.

What You’ll Do

Assist the Creative Director with end-to-end graphic design and video editing for social media, advertising, and branded content.

Contribute to UX/UI design for our app, website, and new digital platforms within the PBT ecosystem.

Problem-solve and think laterally to create designs that are not only visually stunning but also functional and user-friendly.

Ensure all creative work reflects a clean, modern, minimalist, and wellness-inspired aesthetic.

Edit and colour grade video content to deliver polished, professional results.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Professional video editing and colour grading skills using DaVinci Resolve. - UX/UI design experience, ideally with Figma.

A strong design eye with the ability to deliver work that is both modern and organic, aligned with lifestyle/wellness branding.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring creative solutions to the table. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in sync with our team on the Singapore timezone.

Extra Skills That Will Set You Apart

- Fluency in Mandarin and/or experience designing for Chinese audiences. - Knowledge of ballet, dance culture, or wellness/fitness industries, to ensure designs resonate with our community.
