職位介紹(Introduction)
The Brand Design Director will create diverse, high-quality visual content for Dale, overseeing the end-to-end process of crafting cutting-edge user experiences from concept to execution. They will manage the design workflow from initial proposals to final deliverables, applying UX principles to solve problems and deliver solutions while envisioning and defining expected behavioral patterns in workflows—knowing when to break conventions.
Attention to detail is critical, ensuring functional improvements align with the overarching vision for product experience. Success in this role requires deep expertise in the company’s products, artistic principles, and design/production processes, along with the ability to balance priorities. A keen eye for graphic design, motion visuals, and typography is essential, as is familiarity with mainstream generative models and the ability to guide them toward artistic outputs through diverse prompts and contextual engineering techniques.
You will blend hands-on execution with strategic thinking, exploring new design paradigms, leading teams through ambiguity, and setting exceptional design benchmarks. Beyond creative output, this role demands collaborative leadership to deliver cross-platform results spanning communication channels and multidimensional initiatives.

﹣ Over 5 years of experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Senior Designer with a creative agency or a renowned brand company.
﹣ Leading end-to-end design execution from concept to delivery, crafting elegant, scalable, and human-centered experiences.
﹣ Elevating creative standards through storytelling, clear design logic, and an eagerness to explore emerging technologies—transforming them into the future form of designing Dale commercial and advertising tools.
﹣ Proficient in prompt/context engineering, model training, content curation, and AI. Integrates traditional and generative AI tools to solve product and content challenges.
﹣ Delivers impeccable design solutions that enhance content presentation and meet the highest creative benchmarks.
﹣ Adapts to graphic design, animation, video production, and model training.
﹣ Must present a versatile portfolio showcasing high-concept, visually compelling, and meticulously crafted work—demonstrating top-tier aesthetics and flawless execution.
﹣ Manages complex budgets, vendor negotiations, contracts, licensing agreements, and supplier negotiation, image library platforms, and artists, ensuring policy alignment across cross-functional teams.
﹣ Fosters a team culture rooted in originality, quality, inclusivity, and growthives in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
﹣ Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining collaboration under pressure while serving as a driving force in elevating team creativity.

﹡ Expertise in both static and motion design workflows
﹡ Proficiency in cross-platform, multi-format visual storytelling
﹡ Mastery of interaction and visual design, with deep knowledge of user-centered design methodologies
﹡ Passion for photography, video, and illustration, with familiarity across styles, artists, and industry trends
﹡ Experience with video editing workflows and tools (Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects)
﹡ Diverse production experience, including editorial, documentary, and social media content
