The Service Offer Promotion Engineer will primarily support SC V2 sales team, develop the service business "fan" base. and promote the value and selling points of the service to customers,
服務業(yè)務推廣工程師將主要支持SC V2銷售團隊,發(fā)展服務業(yè)務“粉絲”群,面向客戶宣傳服務的價值和賣點。
Internally
對內工作:
? Be familiar with the install base customers in each region/segment, and develop business plans for key segments and key customers (KA) with SC regional managers/V2 sales - including but not limited to V1 and V2 resource investment, customer joint development plans, market activity plans, etc.
熟悉每個區(qū)域/行業(yè)已裝機用戶情況,與SC 區(qū)域經理/V2銷售制定針對關鍵行業(yè)和關鍵客戶(KA)的業(yè)務計劃 – 包括但不限于V1和V2資源投入、客戶聯(lián)合開拓計劃、市場活動計劃等。
? Understand the characteristics of each V2 sales and the customer base they are responsible for, develop the V2 sales service business "fan" group, so that more EU sales know how to sell service business, how to sell service successfully, and bring customer value.
了解每個V2銷售特點和他們所負責的客戶群,發(fā)展EU銷售服務業(yè)務“粉絲”群,讓更多V2銷售懂得如何賣服務業(yè)務,如何賣好服務,實現(xiàn)客戶價值。
? IA service strategy Initiatives implementation and delivery,Key offer promotion and volume market breakdown, Regional partner and sales support and empowerment.
工控服務策略措施執(zhí)行與落地,重點Offer突破及上量,區(qū)域及伙伴銷售支持與賦能。
? Price management: Proficient in the content and characteristics of service offers, proactive to understand the needs of customers and sales, in-depth insight into the market competition, review the special price application of the project and give independent judgment.
價格管理:熟練掌握各種Offer內容和特點,主動了解客戶和銷售的需求,深度洞察市場競爭情況,審核項目的特價申請并給出獨立判斷之意見。
? Monitor business changes, dynamically manage business review and action plan, responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting to offer promotion manager and making improvement plan together.
洞悉業(yè)務變化,動態(tài)管理業(yè)務總結及行動計劃,負責月度、季度對工控服務進行總結,與業(yè)務推廣經理共同制定提升行動計劃。
Externally
對外工作:
? Visit customers regularly, identify customer pain points and assist sales to provide solutions. Feedback market information to Offer Marketing (OM) team so that they can update and iterate the Offer and make suggestions on the end-to-end capabilities of the service.
定期拜訪客戶,發(fā)掘客戶痛點并協(xié)助銷售提供解決方案。反饋市場信息到Offer Marketing(OM)團隊,對Offer進行更新迭代,對服務端到端能力提出建議。
? Assist the development of service ecosystem, assist the channel department to improve the recruitment, evaluation, reward, and punishment mechanism of industrial service partners, and build a healthy and sustainable service ecosystem.
協(xié)助發(fā)展服務生態(tài)圈,協(xié)助渠道部門完善工控服務伙伴的招募、評估、獎懲機制,形成健康并可持續(xù)發(fā)展的服務生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。
? Joint initiatives with Segment, SI teams, and other customer-facing teams, including participation in various market presentations, customer seminars, innovation summits, segment-specific conferences, etc.
與行業(yè)、SI團隊、其他面向客戶團隊的聯(lián)合行動,包括參加各種市場宣講、客戶Seminar、創(chuàng)新峰會、行業(yè)專場會議等。
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:
合適的候選人需具備以下條件:
? Degree (bachelor and above preferred) in Electric Engineering / Automation.
本科或以上學歷,工科或工業(yè)自動化背景。
? 3 years of relevant experience on sales/Marketing role, knowledge on Industrial Automation market.
具備3年以上市場推廣、銷售/市場業(yè)務發(fā)展經驗,熟悉工業(yè)自動化市場
? Result-oriented, great sense of ownership, innovative
以結果為導向,強烈的主人翁意識, 具有創(chuàng)新精神
? Good presentation skill, demonstrate ability on business planning and event/activity organizing.
具備良好的演講呈現(xiàn)能力,展示良好的業(yè)務規(guī)劃能力和事件/活動組織能力。
? Teamwork spirit (initiative and proactive, ability & attitude to embrace difference, cooperate with others to reach business goals)
團隊精神。主動積極求同存異,有跨團隊合作經驗,善于與他人溝通協(xié)作達成目標。
? Oral and Written English required.
良好的英文聽說讀寫能力。
