Your role and responsibilities
Support Labor Union Chairperson with annual plan and implementation
Responsible for Labor Union standard activities, eg. Events, regular meetings, consolations,
Responsible for membership management
Responsible for external liaison
Other related tasks from Labor Union committee.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s Degree in public relation or business administration
5-8 years working experience related.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization in English and Chinese
Strong data analysis and data modeling skill
Expert in English
Strong customer service consciousness, good communication skills and innovative spirit.
Strong result orientation
Challenges
Be able to adapt to a dynamic and multi-cultural working environment
Team up with/Manage internal/external parties
Introduce best practice
