General Work Summary:
Responsible for trade marketing events, project
management, departments and resources coordination, budget control
負(fù)責(zé)通路行銷活動,統(tǒng)籌管理整個項目,協(xié)調(diào)部門和資源,管理預(yù)算
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning,
designing and executing the company's marketing activities, including but not
limited to competitions, exhibitions, conferences, conferences, promotional
activities, etc. Write the event planning and execution details, activity process,
time schedule, etc., manage the budget and personnel co-ordination, and ensure
the smooth development of marketing activities and achieve goals.
負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)劃、設(shè)計和執(zhí)行公司的市場活動,包括但不限于比賽、展會、會議、發(fā)布會、推廣活動等。撰寫活動策劃執(zhí)行細(xì)案、活動流程、時間推進(jìn)表等,管理預(yù)算和人員統(tǒng)籌,確保市場活動的順利開展和達(dá)成目標(biāo)。
2. Responsible for the management of materials related
to activities, external needs to connect with suppliers for design, production
and warehousing, etc., and communicate with relevant personnel of the company
internally about material progress and lists.
負(fù)責(zé)活動相關(guān)物料的管理,對外需要和供應(yīng)商對接設(shè)計、制作和入庫等事項,對內(nèi)和公司相關(guān)人員溝通物料進(jìn)度和清單等。
3. Responsible for following up the effect and benefits of the activity, analyzing, evaluating and summarizing the data and results of the activity, and timely feedback and solving the problems arising in the activity, so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of the activity.
負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)活動的效果和效益,對活動的數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,評估和總結(jié),對活動中出現(xiàn)的問題及時反饋和解決,以提升活動的執(zhí)行效率和效果。
4. Coordinate with relevant departments and partners to ensure that marketing activities are properly resourced and timed to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門和合作伙伴,確保市場活動的資源和時間安排合理,以最大限度地提升活動效果和投資回報。
5. Other work items assigned by the leader.

Qualification &Requirements:
1. Minimum 1-year marketing/ trade marketing
experiences,preferable in global food/beverage/flavoring
enterprises with events management and execution experiences.
至少1年市場或通路行銷相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),最好是在全球食品/飲料/調(diào)味品企業(yè)具有活動管理和執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Bachelor education level or above, preferably major in Marketing or Food Science
本科以上學(xué)歷,市場營銷或食品科學(xué)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
3. Excellent verbal and communication skills。
出色的口頭表達(dá)和溝通能力。
4. Fluent in English and French.
流利的英語和法語。
5. Excellent execution capability. Quick learner and good team player with strong sense of responsibility

6. Proficient writing skills and presentationskills, familiar with Office software operation.

8. Able to travel a lot
